Vial of Life Program for Organizations

We currently offer the Vial of Life program to interested companies and organizations who wish to become sponsors. We have two different pricing plans.

Regular Price Plan

The regular plan is for companies or organizations that wish to purchase quantities of our preprinted Vial of Life stickers (as seen right) and forms.

Custom Price Plan

The second plan is for companies or organizations who wish to have the stickers and/or forms customized with their logo and company information. Please see the sample below that we designed for the Independence Fire Department in Clarkston, MI.
