Yes! It really is JUST $23.95/month billed annually. We prefer to bill annually just to save some trees! We can bill you monthly or quarterly at the $24.95/month rate if you prefer. Either way, there are no installation, activation, set-up, initial term or any other fees. You pay only for the monitoring and we provide the equipment for FREE. You'll get 24/7/365 monitoring, the medical alert alarm console and a transmitter (choose either a pendant or wristband style). Your agreement is a month to month agreement so if you prepay for the quarter and need to cancel we will refund any unused months as long as you return the equipment to us. We ship the alarm to you FREE via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

PLUS for a limited time new customers get ONE MONTH OF FREE MONITORING and A FREE GIFT when you order. The free month of monitoring service will be added to your order automatically and will begin immediately following the intitial period you chose during your order. For example, if you chose to pay for one month then your free month will begin the following month. Also, all of our orders include a FREE Vial a Life kit as well as FREE 2-3 Day Delivery. Orders received by 4:00pm EST are shipped the same day (excluding weekends/holidays). For a small fee you can upgrade your shipping to Next Day or Saturday Delivery (where available).

Optional Accessories

If you need more than one transmitter we will provide an additional one for a one time fee of $35.00. Right now you can choose an additional pendant or wristband as a FREE GIFT.

We also have a lockbox available for those folks who might not have a neighbor or friend living nearby with a key to your home. With our lockbox you can hide a key in a small compartment that has a combination lock and in the event of an emergency we give the combination to rescue.
