Our Monitoring Center

When it comes to monitoring your medical alarm...only the best will do.

Should you ever be in need of our services your emergency call is answered by our UL Listed Monitoring Center. Within seconds a professional, friendly and caring voice will respond to your call for help.

• Your emergency call will be answered by fully trained and certified operators who will get you the help you need.
• Our operators are ready to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year. So, no matter when you have an emergency we are here to help.
• Your emergency call will be answered by a live operator, not an answering machine or service. You can be assured you will always have access to our monitoring station in case of an emergency, as well as knowing that your family will be notified so you are never alone.
• Our Monitoring Center is not only UL Listed but is also FM Certified and Department of Defense Certified. As a result, they are required to have redundancy systems in place that most other monitoring centers do not require or have. Our Monitoring Center has a tri-redundancy multi-location system in place to ensure that they are able to monitor your alarm.
• We do not charge any additional fees for "over use" of your alarm. You can activate your alarm any time you are having a medical emergency and be assured that help is on the way.

Our Service

In an Emergency

All you need to do is push the little button you are wearing. Approximately 40 seconds later our monitoring center is going to have a two way conversation with you through a console that is plugged in at your home.

At this time you may say something to us like, "I've fallen, but I don't need an ambulance, would you please call my son/daughter, neighbor or friend?" It's not always a paramedic emergency so we are going to do pretty much whatever it is you ask us to do.

However, if you are unable to speak with us or you tell us it's an emergency, we would immediately dispatch the local paramedics to your house.

After we dispatch rescue we will call your key holders, the people with keys to your home that live within 3 to 4 minutes of your home so they can meet rescue and let them in.

We will then call your family to let them know you have had an emergency so they are aware of your situation.

All of this happens with just the push of a button. We hope you will never need to use your medical alarm but we know that in an emergency it could save your life and we want you to have this peace of mind. People wind up in nursing homes everyday, not because they had an emergency, but because they needed help...and nobody knew about it...and nobody came. Our system can help protect you or your loved ones if that emergency should ever occur.
