Superior Medical Alert Monitoring at a Fraction of the Cost
Choosing the Right Medical Alert Monitoring Center
Medical alert monitoring is just as important as the medical alert device itself. Our U.S. based monitoring center sets itself apart by using state-of-the-art technology which allows us to respond quickly to your emergency. All of our operators are certified professionals there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you, we can even provide life saving instruction until rescue arrives. Our medical alert monitoring center is UL Listed, FM Approved and Department of Defense Certified. These certifications mean that our medical alert monitoring center has passed the rigorous and stringent requirements necessary to receive these three certifications.
Responding to Your Medical Alert Signal
Your emergency call will be answered by a live operator, not an answering machine or service. We also make sure that your emergency call doesn't compete with non-emergency calls. Since our monitoring center is located in California we provide dedicated lines for our alarm systems to connect to our monitoring center. All of our other calls are handled by another carrier and come into our business office in Florida.
In an emergency simply press the button you are wearing and within seconds you will be connected to a professional, caring operator. Your operator will know who you are and have all your information in front of them, just let them know who you'd like them to call. We can call rescue or, if it's not that serious, a family member, friend or neighbor willing to assist you. If you can't speak to us we will assume it's a medical emergency and send rescue. You can be assured you will always have access to our monitoring center in case of an emergency, as well as knowing that your family will be notified so you are never alone. Our caring professionals stay on the line with you until help arrives.
