Your operator is highly trained and certified so they know exactly what to do and will speak with you to see how they can best assist you. Being able to speak with you through the alarm console is great because it allows you to let us know who you'd like us to call and, if necessary, our operators can begin providing you with life saving instructions until rescue arrives. However, even if we are not able to speak with you we will still send rescue.
