Your services were invaluable to my mother.

We contacted several companies but we knew right away, when we spoke with Karen at American Medical Alarms, that we found the right company. Not only was Karen knowledgeable and friendly, she took the time to understand our particular situation and to answer our questions. She made us feel like we were family and she never pressured us to order, but we did anyway. We are so happy we found American Medical Alarms and since becoming a customer we have had the pleasure of speaking with several of the girls there, all of which are so friendly and caring, but we will never forget our first conversation with Karen. My family and I thank you for the excellent service that your company provides. Shortly after receiving the medical alarm, my mother fell in her bedroom and fractured her neck and back. She immediately pushed the button on the pendant around her neck and was connected to the dispatcher at your company. Even though she was not in the same room as the monitor, the dispatcher was able to clearly understand her and he then immediately called me. I truly believe that little pendant saved her life. She lives alone and would have stayed on the floor all night until I went to check on her the next day. I am so grateful that we had your service. Thank you again for the excellent service. ~ P. What a wonderful feeling of security!
Last Friday, my mother fell in her laundry room. She wasn't hurt but she wasn't able to get up. She's 95 and her knees just simply gave out. She pressed her alarm button and within moments was talking with one of you. What a wonderful feeling of security! Moments later we were called and on our way to help her. When we arrived, she was calm, comfortable, sitting on the floor...happy and secure knowing you would get help to her. You provide a wonderful service and your follow-up is superb!!! Thank you for SAVING MY LIFE...
Mr. Davis called to thank us for saving his life. He came home the other evening and just after pulling into the garage he heard his phone ringing so he rushed to answer his phone. He said that later that morning (around 2 am) he woke up and felt weak so he decided to go to the fridge to get something to eat. He began to feel worse and suddenly felt faint. Just before he passed out he activated his medical alarm to get help. After regaining consciousness in the hospital he learned that earlier when he rushed to answer the phone he forgot to turn off his car and almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. We were all so happy to hear that he was okay! ~Mr. Davis

Her last call for help to you was after a fall resulting in multiple fractures to her C1 vertebrae which could have left her a quadriplegic or dead...but, thanks to your quick response time and the excellent care from local fire and EMS workers she did not lose any function or feeling in her arms and legs. I want to thank American Medical Alarms for the excellent service provided to my mother. On April 27th, while preparing her supper that evening, she fell and broke her hip in four places. Unable to reach her phone she pressed the alarm button she was wearing. She said your response was very quick and within minutes you let her know that an ambulance was on the way. In the meantime, Mom's next door neighbor (who you had notified) arrived to comfort her until the ambulance arrived. Just a few short minutes later two policemen (who live down the street from mom) arrived to help as well. I can't tell you how much it means to my two brothers and I to witness the professional, caring way American Medical Alarms responded to Mom's call for help. Thank you for being there for her. ~D. Everything is better than advertised

Your product worked exactly as advertised.
My mother fell outside while retrieving the morning paper. She pressed the alarm and your operators quickly responded and summoned help. Her neighbors were called and they came to help her up. Your operator then placed a call to my sister to let her know what happened. Fortunately, my mother was not injured badly in the fall. She fussed and fussed when we insisted on getting your service but now she happily wears her pendant around her neck. A small investment allows us to have such incredible peace of mind and allows mother to live independently, which is her hearts desire. Thank you to everyone at AMA for invaluable service.
